The customer service software is really robust, and Yuri on chat has been super helpful a bunch of times with tasks like adding new stores and whatnot. I definitely suggest this software to any e-commerce seller who operates on various platforms.

I've been using this for some time now, and edesk truly assists me in organizing all the essential data and emails in one spot, which has contributed to our recent business growth. The customer service is top-notch; the agents are consistently courteous and respond quickly. The pricing is excellent, and the CSM managers are super helpful. I switched from a different app and I'm planning to stick with xsellco for the long haul. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This software is fantastic and the support is top-notch. It comes with loads of marketplaces and integrations already included, so you won’t have to buy anything extra.

"Time to Switch Providers"
It's time to switch providers. They used to be reasonable with their pricing, but now they've jacked it up by 500%. We're talking about a jump from £30 to £120 per user! What a terrible way to hike prices, especially when the service hasn't really gotten any better. Just plain greedy, if you ask me. We've found another provider that offers even better service at a much lower cost.

"Extremely let down by the service level..."
I’m really let down by the service quality here. About six months back, we signed up with them. They assigned us an account manager who was supposed to take care of our needs. We're shelling out over £600 each month for our users, yet we can’t even get a response from our account manager, whether it’s an email or a phone call. It’s just unacceptable from a company that claims to improve your customer service experience. Right now, we’re exploring other companies that can offer a similar service.
